Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Domestic Shipping (Australia) We offer the following shipping options within Australia:
- Standard Shipping: 3–14 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
International Shipping We ship to selected countries worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing times. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery.
